	NHS Direct If you have an illness and are not sure what to do, call NHS Direct on 0845 46 47 or visit their website at www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk NHS direct provides confidential health adivce and information by phone, through digital television and online, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls cost a maximum 5p from a BT landline. Calls from mobiles and other networks may vary. An interpretation service is available in many languages.
